A. A. Importing began as company just before the outbreak of the Second World War. What started in the Gas Light Square area of St. Louis, Missouri, has grown into one of the largest and most respected businesses involved in the trading of antiques and antique replicas. The company has grown with the times and beginning in the 1970’s took the knowledge it had gained from the importation of art glass, fine crystal and porcelain from Europe and began its own production of antique replicas in order that the increased demand for these items could be met at a reasonable price. Over time, the company has expanded to include a worldwide base of importing and exporting, gaining a reputation for reliability and an acute attention to quality work. A. A. Importing has branched out its production lines to include works in stained glass, wood, iron and bronze in addition to art glass, porcelain and crystal.
