Made of creamy Northern White cedar with a smooth-planed natural surface which absorbs paint and stain nicely If cedar is exposed to the elements, it will develop a beautiful silver grey patina. Treated or untreated, it won’t shrink or warp. All cedar log furniture undergoes checking, which is slight cracking through the outer growth rings; checking does not affect the integrity of the wood.
