Does the arm swivel from side to side

This One-Light Sconce cannot be swiveled from side to side. It can only be stretch forward & back.

is it Ok to use this fixture in a bathroom and does this light come in chrome?

This Fixture can be used in interior dry Locations. A dry location is an indoor area that is not normally subject to dampness which includes kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, foyers, hallways. It does not come in chrome finish.
