  • The stainless steel will not react with foods.
  • The try-ply bottom has a stainless steel encapsulated 0.5mm Aluminum disk which distributes heat evenly throughout the saucepan when cooking.
  • The double broiler insert is ideal for melting chocolate, cheese, caramel, or butter. The saucepan below provides a water bath which keeps the heat low and even to prevent burning.
  • This saucepan can be used with gas, electric or induction cooking surfaces.
  • The exterior saucepan and double broiler are polished to a high shine, while the interior has a brushed finish.
  • The saucepan is 7.5-inches in diameter and 3.5-inches high. The double broiler is 7.5-inches in diameter and 2.5-inches high.
  • The handles on the saucepan and double broiler are both 7-inches long.
  • When stacked together, the saucepan and double broiler stand about 6-inches high.
