Is the light switch located on the silver backplaye of the lamp. Thanks. Very hard to find a wall sconce with an in and off switch.
The on off switch is located beneath the round nob on the base do the switch.

Does this have a cord? I'm looking for a wall mount sconce with no cord and an on/off switch on the sconce.

Is this sconce hard wired and is it dimmable?
Your answer is coming from a woman with limited electrial terminology . If hard wired means is it connected to my wall switch, then yes. For sure it is dimable also controlled by my light switch dimmer. Hope this give you some idea.
