What is height from top of light to bottom? Not sure based on description. Also, from the ceiling, how much chord/wire and bars are there to hang?

The height of this Chandelier itself measures and it comes supplied with four (4) 12'' stems, one (1) 6'' stem for hanging height adjustment.
