Gorgeous Light
It illuminates wonderfully. I was originally going to add a few small recessed lights in the ceiling in addition to this light -- but find that it gives me plenty of light for my bathroom.
My only negative is that one of the bulbs blew out within a day or two and I had to use the spare. I've been meaning to call so that I could get a replacement.
Other than that, the shipping was fast and the product is fantastic.

Nicer than the picture
I paired this light with a DecoLav 9713 Tyson 30" medicine cabinet, maple finish. They look as good together as I had hoped. Plenty of quality light, but not looking forward to trying to find replacement bulbs. Fortunately, it comes with an extra, and the first bulb is working just fine. It's true that the picture in the catalog does not adequately reflect the color of this light. It's beautiful.

"This light is beautiful & elegant in appearance and is well made. Glass and metal are of high quality. Two negatives, though. The xenon bulbs are just as hot as halogen & do give off a lot of heat which means lost energy. I did look for LED but none was available. The mounting to the wall box is a bit tricky since the screws are directly behind the crossbar for the fixture."

Once adapted, it's great.
This is a beautiful light and illuminates the whole bathroom without glaring. However, since we installed it over a wall- mounted medicine cabinet that stuck out 4 inches, our contractor built a lovely dark wood box so that it also came out from the wall as far as the cabinet. Then it was perfect. As is, it would be best with a cabinet that is flush with the wall.

Outstanding Bathroom LIghts
Installed two of these vertically on the sides of the bathroom mirror. They provide outstanding lighting for the entire room. The fixtures themselves are first class - well made, heavy duty, and provide a great deal of light. You'll want to use a dimmer for night-time bathroom visits. I highly recommend these lights.

3 Light Horizontal Bath Bar
These lights looked great on line and looked even better when we had them installed in our new bathroom!
They had to the contemporary look of our new area and we could not be more pleased!
Even our electrician commented on what a good choice they were. The extra two bulbs were an added bonus we had not counted on!

Great looking and great light source but . . .
(1) it's a bit of a hassle to re-lamp, requiring the removal of two screws to remove the glass, (2) be sure you use xenon instead of halogen lamps to keep the heat from breaking the glass, and (3) I'm looking for replacement glass now, which if I can't find it at a reasonable price makes this fixture a non-starter.

How do you get the bulbs out of the George Kovacs bath lights- the Xenon bulbs? It is Bellacor #475677.
The light bulb gets hot quickly! Allow the light bulb to cool for 10 minutes before handling the bulbs and glass. Step1: Screw the screws out and remove the shield. Step2: Pull the glass up till the other side of it to place I. Step 3: Take the glass out from the fixture then you can get access to remove the bulb.
