The new 48" Low Jute Shoji Screen is a miniature counterpart to our popular full size Jute Shoji Screen. The low height is perfect for hiding unsightly areas, fireplaces, kid‘s play areas, or simply for adding a new design element to your space. The tightly woven Jute panels offer a unique variation of the traditional rice paper screen. Crafted from durable, lightweight Scandinavian Spruce, using Asian style mortise tenon joinery. Shade is strong, tightly woven jute panels to block light and provide complete privacy. Lacquered brass, two way hinges mean you can bend the panels in either direction. The kickplate provides extra protection from scuffs plus added stability. Each panel measures approximately 48” tall x 17 ½” wide x ¾” thick. Four panel screen measures approximately 72” wide flat, approximately 60” wide with panels folded to stand upright (as shown).
