i paid 514.00 in 2006. I love this product and the only thing that i can say about this product that i don't really care for, is the inlaid glass door is held by hard plastic devices, and not anything sturdier. After a few years, one night i opened the door and the glass slid right down to the floor, due to wear and climate change of the plastic holding it. I thought about if i had children and how dangerous that was. It was random and luckily my husband was there with me. After that i removed them, and realized i really didn't need them anyway, but i see the price is a lot higher for this product now, and i don't feel it should be so high. The product is good and wood is durable and it serves its purpose but with the cheap GLASS holder and potential danger, i feel the price should come back to 514.00.
