It includes a full function hand held remote control, one 3 1/2” downrod, one 6” downrod, and a cap for non-light use. Please note this item has a lifetime warranty and the details are in the box. It measures 6 1/4" from the top of the motor to the top of the blades and 7 1/2" from the top of the motor to the bottom of the blades.
