About the Artist: Peruvian artisan Efrain Curi first learned the flat weave technique at his uncle's workshop, in what is a family craft. Efrain's first language is Quechua, and he communicates eloquently through his work. He prefers natural fibers such as wool and cotton tinted with natural and artificial dyes.
