Does the top unscrew to change a light bulb?

Will item #1656005 run off 110v wiring.  My existing path lights that need to be replaced are all wired in 110V straight to box in my house.  I'm looking for similiar lights which are not low-voltage.

Todd, this item is rated for 12V. A transformer is required to run on 120V.
