Can this fan be installed with a short down rod? Does it come with one? We have 8 foot ceilings so need it tighter to ceiling.

This light cannot be dimmable. Airflow (at high speed): 2394 CFM. Airflow Efficiency (at high speed): 30.8CFM/Watt. The maximum room size for this fan will be 75 sq.ft.

No, this Six-Light Fan D-lier cannot be mounted on a vaulted ceiling. Also, it is not compatible with any slope kit adapters.
