This decorative ventilation fan has frosted swirl alabaster glass and a precision stamped grill in an oil rubbed bronze finish. The grill features 360° air openings. The motor features easy removal and installation of the motor assembly with keyhole mounting. It includes a motor mounting bracket, permanently lubricated motor with a plug for quick activation, and precision balanced impeller for quiet operation. The galvanized housing is suited for humid conditions and has built in mounting tabs for quick installation. The housing measures 7 5/8”W by 8 5/8”L by 5 5/8”H. It features gauge markings for ceiling thickness, a built-in junction box for easy wiring, and a built-in receptacle for quick activation. It includes 3” and 4” duct adapters with a built-in damper. This fixture has a sone rating of 3 and a CFM rating of 70.
