Shipping & Delivery
To make buying from us simple, shipping and handling within the contiguous U.S. (UPS ground or L.T.L. carrier) is free of charge on most products. Sinks, tubs, toilets, bidets and plumbing accessories are excluded from our free shipping promotion.
Please note that you may elect to pay additional charges for items taken off the truck and/or to your door. Bellacor only ships international to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. Please click here for Alaska, Hawaii and International shipping costs.
If you need faster delivery, you can arrange for overnight or second day delivery. For International orders, please allow additional days for delivery. Contact Customer Support for more information or costs.
Many products are ready to ship within two days of your order, while others are manufactured when you place the order. Once your order is placed, shipping date(s) will be e-mailed to you. We cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations. Most products ship UPS or FedEx.
Items shipped freight (L.T.L. carrier) are delivered to curbside or driveway only; for any additional delivery needs, please contact us during our customer support hours.

Returns
Bellacor offers a no-hassle return policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it and Bellacor will promptly refund your money (excluding your cost of returning the package to Bellacor)—no restocking fees!

Compare Restocking Fees
Bellacor charges no restocking fees to return an item—compare this to the rates charged by our leading competitors:
- Lighting Universe: Select manufacturers charge restocking fees—typically 15% of the purchase price.
- CSN: Select items are subject to restocking fees—deducted from the refund.
- Lighting by Gregory: If an item is refused upon delivery, the manufacturer’s restocking fee will be applied (up to 25%).
- Improvement Direct: A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise, unless defective.
- Lighting Showplace: A 15% restocking fee will be charged to all returns.
- Home Annex: All items are subject to a restocking fee.
- Y Lighting, Croft & Little, Zwello: All returns subject to a $15 deduction to cover discounts/free shipping applied to the original order.
- Net Shops: Upon return, customers will be credited the total purchase price, less any applicable restocking fees.
- Great Priced Furniture: Upon return, a full refund will be issued less all shipping charges and restocking fees.
