Here at Bellacor we believe home is where memories are made and friends & family come to visit.
During this uncertain and unprecedented time we have you, your family and your friends along with the entire community as our priority. With health and safety in mind we know it is critical that we do our part to reduce the transmission of COVID-19 to keep our homes and loved ones protected. Here is what we know now.

Customer Care
As always, our Customer Care team is available to answer any questions you may have about your experience or existing orders. Our PRO team is working remotely, please contact your Account Manager directly or by logging into your PRO account to learn more.

Shipping from the Warehouses
Good news, many items will be fulfilling as normal. However, items shipping from certain locations that are under state or local restrictions will take longer to leave warehouses in those locations. Estimate delivery dates are going to vary and be extend from the estimates you were given at the time of order.

Delivery
Parcel deliveries, such as FedEx may have slight delays in delivering to certain locations.

White Glove and Threshold delivery options are currently on hold in certain states or cities. The carrier will call to schedule your delivery and provide options to accept the shipment to the non-internal location (e.g. outdoor porch, covered area, carport or garage) or hold the shipment until White Glove or Threshold delivery service is available.
