Assembly Instruction: 5 Bolts to attach the center swivel to the base. 2 bolts to attach the back cushion to the chair frame. You then apply 2 cotter pins to attach the back cushion to the seat cushion. Then slide the headrest into the back cushion. You then have 4 bolts to attach the ottoman cushion to the metal shaft.
