Does air leather absorb odor?

How many positions does this chair have? Is it only laying quite flat and sitting or are there in between positions? Also, what is articulating headrest mean?

Thank you for reaching out to us. This chair goes from a sitting position to a fully reclined position. You can lock it anywhere between these positions by using the knob on the front of the chair. The articulating headrest is a movable joint. It moves with the chair as it reclines.
