Can this be flush mounted vs semi flush mounted?

We want to hang it from a ceiling that would need the light to be 25 inches before the light starts.  It says 13 inch height. Is the rod much longer so we can use this or is the flush mount to bottom of light 13?  How long is the rod

If you are asking whether the rod is 25" long, then then the answer is no. The rod, which covers the electrical cord, is pre-cut and pre-sized. It is not set up like a pendent. I hope this helps. It is very pretty though and we have loved it.
