Lamp was delivered damage.
The light stem, that the bulb screws into, was bent upon delivery. The lamp shade is made of linen, and clearly had too much start sprayed on it at the factory. I contacted customer support about this issue, they didn't know what starch was, and said I couldn't please just the shade but would make an exchange for all new lamp. I would have been okay with that but they never facilitated it. I contacted customer service one more time to try to make it happen, but that was to no avail.
