What is the canopy dimension? How many rods come with the light?
The canopy of the light pendant measures 5"W and 1"H. This pendant includes 1 x 6" and 3 x 12" downrods for adjustable heights.

We ordered this pendant, but need to order additional down rods. I contacted Artcraft and they said we need to go thru the seller of the lamp. What part number do I need to order?
