Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very attractive I had seven of these installed outside my home. I love the size and the look, very attractive and looks substantial and well made. Material is warm to the touch, matte dark black. Really pleased with the appearance. Only downside is that the entire front cover has to be unscrewed and removed to change a bulb; the screws are not magnetic and I lost one of them in my front landscaping when removing the cover. This could be addressed. Overall though, I'm extremely pleased with the purchase and think these compare very favorably to much more expensive fixtures I looked at.

Can you use LED candelabra bulbs instead of incandescent?

Yes, you can. We did that when we realized how difficult it is to reach the bulbs to replace them.  You practically have to take the fixture apart (by unscrewing the screw on the side).  It is very smart to use LED bulbs instead of incandescent, since LEDs last so much longer & need only be replaced very infrequently.  The fixture is very striking in appearance—just awesome!  Exactly what I was looking for. The only bummer is the difficulty in replacing the bulbs. You’d be smart to use LEDs.
