Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks Good, Nightmare to install. Looks great! Quality is exactly what I wanted. Instructions were minimal and extremely general. The flush mount needs to be taken completely apart to remove the bracket, and then reassembled mid air. Every screw must come apart to get to the bracket nuts which will free the bracket for attachment to the ceiling socket. 1. Attach bracket to ceiling pocket with provided screws in bag. 2. Wire and connect the flush mount LED panel to the ceiling wiring. 3. Screw the LED panel and the black box frame from the top (side that will eventually face the ceiling) with screws previously removed at the beginning, before running the long anchoring screws thru the flush mount. At this point the flush mount is attached to the ceiling. 4. Mount the glass frame and glass to the flush mount with screws that were previously removed at the beginning. Without better instructions, you have no idea whether or not to take the whole thing apart. Still tricky but took me about myself about an hour to assemble.
