It was such a pleasure to deal with Brightech and its customer service department.It was a door to door delivery and I never even waited more than one day for the parcel.I was concerned at first that I would not be able to assemble this lamp but, I was pleasantly surprised as it was super quick to build and was very simple.

Amazing how quick it was to put it together, especially as I only needed to use the small tool included with the delivery.I found that a few of the clips of the shade broke easily when building it but, it was still workable as there were a sufficient amount of clips in total.It has met my expectations and looks wonderful.

My choice was the bronze base and white shade as it fits nicely with my existing style of decor. If you want a more modern feel,you should opt for the black colour option.The Jaxon lamp is so chic and captivating. I put it together easily. For me, the fact that it has three and not two legs makes it a very sturdy lamp.

Jaxon is a really good looking item. I can't believe that I put it together on my own, but it is simple to assemble. What's annoying is that it is let down by the poor quality of the plastic. You feel that tightening the bulb part too much will break it - mine has already cracked. Take extra care when assembling.

So charming to look at. When the box was delivered, I thought it was a nonsense product but, I assembled it and realised that it was infact a quality product. The lamp does however seem to stand crooked and that tends to irritate me.It definitely serves my needs as desired.

Nice mid-century modern lamp
The Jaxon lamp was a really nice accent to our new place. I love how it can light up the whole living room but still giving the cozy vibe. The shade was a bit inclined to one side upon fitting thus the lamp doesn’t look straight from the side.
