Does it have polyurethaning to prevent beverage damage?

Thank you for your inquiry. The corners of the table have removable aluminum cup holders to place beverages into. The tabletop has a lacquer finish intended to protect the wood finish, but that protection is limited against prolonged exposure to moisture and spills. Coasters are recommended for larger cups and glasses that will not fit into the cup holders.
