Good purchase. Slight malfunction
The product is beautiful but on of the two fans that we purchased has a terrible noise coming from it. We’ve tried balancing it and all the tricks with no luck. I think it was damaged during shipping and something is bent.

We are looking to hang in an 8ft room. Can this fan be directly mounted to the ceiling? (Avoid using the 6" downrod)
This fan must use a downrod to install. It cannot be flushmounted directly to the ceiling.

What kind of LED light bulb does this need exactly? Just want to be sure it is easily replaceable
Thanks for reaching out to us. The lighting source is a 19-watt custom LED disk. It is not a light bulb. Should the light fail a part would be provided, or if not available, the fan replaced under warranty.

what does the light bulb area look like under the shade? I can't tell if it is open and you can see the bulb or there is just a plastic covering over it
