Does the color of this light fixture look more like an antique bronze or a brushed nickel?

the finish on this light looks nothing like antique bronze, weathered iron (i'd expect near black or rust) oil rubbed bronze or any other darker color. contrary to the picture this fixture is green-gray in color. In addition to that the finish looks like it was painted on with a paint brush and the painter made no attempt to hide the brush strokes. it looks very cheap. Very disappointed in this fixture. and we're sending it back.

How do you access the bulb to change it? Is there a glass cover on bottom or just the wire looking piece?
