It is where antique meets modern. I absolutely love it. It creates such ambience. The sconce was relatively easy to install. The box included sconce, hardware , and instructions. It requires two medium based light bulbs 60 watts or less , not included. It has a one year warranty. This is part of Louise collection. I highly recommend Designers Fountain great quality wall sconce

The fixture can be used vertically as a sconce or horizontally as a vanity light or to accent a cool piece of art.
