I needed an update as the old one was also brushed nickel but it had gotten so old over the years it started rusting. I love how these lights shine toward the ceiling! It's the perfect size over my wall mirror and the lights are just the right amount in the room. They aren't too bright and not too dim. This vanity light made a quick update to our tired looking outdated light. Looks fantastic!

The black gives that very elegant look to the room without being in your face. I love the glass on this item as it isn't just the boring old covers from your grandma's bathroom.
