Well,it's lovely,HEAVY,and very elegant looking. To put kleenex in,you have to tear open a square box, and put it down into the holder.NOT A BIG DEAL.So, I'm glad I took the chance on this. Love the weight of it.Doesnt tip over when you pull out a Kleenex.
