Top quality product
Bought two of these for my dining room. They are absolutely beautiful and makes quite a statement in the room. The picture does not do it justice. On a side note, these sconces are extremely large. The overall height including the glass globe is 42"...the globes are 13" x 6" in diameter.

Absolutely gorgeous! Bought 2 to create a pair, need extra long sconces to flank a large mirror. The photos don’t really do them justice, I’d would highly recommend.

How is the glass globe secured to the sconce? It appears to simply sit on top but that does not seem secure. Th appearance is beautiful but I'm concerned about not being abler to secure the globe to the sconce.
It does just sit on top. Generally there mounted high enough you won't bump into. If you live in earthquake country, which I did my entire life, theres an earthquake goop.( can't remember the name) it's clear and will hold securely in place until you need to replace batteries in your candle. Or you can pull the candle out from the top. The silver ring also comes off for easy candle removal. Caution... I am very disappointed in the quality from Bellacor. My sconces are not the same size . They are almost like rejects. By the time I hung them, too late for return/exchange. Look immediately

I really can not tell the color of this in the picture. How bright is the nickel of this sconce? Does the hammered part help it look old at all? I want it to go with a very large old picture that is done in a lot of brown tones.
I purchased these for a client a while ago. The nickel is fairly bright, not antiqued at all. The rim around the glass is a true polished nickel for comparison purposes. The hammered finish is a nice texture, but I would not say it makes it look old.

What size candles fit best? Width and height.
I had my electrician wire it and put a lamp in it, so I wouldn’t know for sure. At least a 3-4 inch diameter candle would work best, I think.

The globe is clear with a metal rim on the top! They are absolutely gorgeous! Saw them at another high end home store that cost a lot more! I was so happy I found them here!
