Yes, the item is actually 43 Inches high. The chain cannot be shortened. The item is solid cast iron.

Could you explain “Interior dry rated” more. Could these sculptures be used in a garden?

This Climbing Man Wall Sculpture cannot be installed on a garden as this rated as interior dry. The Interior Dry rated sculptures can only be used in a dry location that is an indoor area that is not normally subject to dampness. A typical dry location can include kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, foyers, and hallways.
