I have a 10 foot kitchen island? Can this semi-flush mount be used as a pendant light (3 of them) ?? As an alternative to 4 of the mini pendants???

For a larger island, you will need three medium or large pendants. Pendant lights over an island should hang 28-34 inches above the countertop of the island.
