If I need a 108" drapery, do I order 108-119 or 96-107?

This product is sold per individual panel. Each panel is 50" inch in width and 108" inch in height. As a general rule, for proper fullness panels should measure 2-3 times the width of your window/opening. The fabric should just touch the floor or hover half an inch above.
