- Our Ruched Faux Silk Taffeta curtains are beautifully made and designed. These over the top atyle will add glamour to any space. Our 165Gsm polyester nylon blend taffeta will offer you a crisp smooth panel that will shimmer and reflect the light in any room.
- Please note that faux silk taffeta has natural crinkles in the fabric. This is not considered a flaw or defect.
- As a general rule, for proper fullness panels should measure 2-3 times the width of your window/opening.

Lovely drapes but difficult to get the right look.
These drapes truly are lovely but to get them to look like the photos online it takes quite a bit of work. To get the look you need to use drapery rings and to attach them you need drapery pins. There is no information provided on the type or length of pin needed so it takes some guesswork. It would be nice if these were provided. Also to get the pins into the drape takes Herculean strength and finger dexterity. I had to put 70 of these in and actually lost sensation in my index finger tip which is thankfully slowly improving now. Needless to say getting those pins in the right location is HARD because if the pond does not get through all the layera of material, the ruching will sag and you don’t get the right look. There is a video on the website that shows how to do this but it is not as easy as it is in that video. Then there are the wrinkle. This makes getting the folds right a bit hard. I used a handheld steamer but it will take a few more tries to get the major creases out. Also the ruching needs to be fluffed up after all of this to achieve the look in the photos. I read that some people even stuffed it with tissue paper to get it to stay.
Overall, once they are up and adjusted they look beautiful- it’s just quite an effort to get them just right. If you are using the rod pocket then of course it will be much easier but this doesn’t look as good in my opinion.

Elegant Curtains
I purchased two panels a year or so ago. I am so pleased with the look and the quality of the curtains. There is only one panel that comes in the package BUT, it is worth every dime and will enhance any room. Totally love them!

You will need to order 4. Only one comes in the package but it is worth every dime. You will not be disappointed. They are lovely, well made, and elegant.

Hi. Does 96” deep equal length because I didn’t see length? My window measures 63”L x 75”W. How many panels would I need for the Ruched taffeta faux silk drapes. I also have a single smaller window of 40”W, is the 50”W suitable? Thanks!
Yes, it is 96” in length. The 96” is from the top of the curtain to the bottom. Its the height. You will need to measure from your curtain rod down to the floor to see if you need the 96” panels. The panels are 50 inches wide. How many panels you need will depend on how full you want to dress your window. Keep in mind you won’t be extending the curtains out the full 50 inches. The will be scrunched to look full.

i have a 1 inch curtain rod, what size curtain rings would be appropriate (would it be a curtain ring with eyelit opening), how many rings would I typically need.
For one inch curtain rod, you'd require a 1-3/8 inch Eyelet Rings. The number of rings depends on how much droop you'd want between the rings, which can be anywhere between 6" to 12" apart. A 6" spacing will give you very little droop whereas a 12" spacing will give a lot of droop.
