Is this bed compatible with an adjustable base? What is the height between the floor and the side rails?
Thank you for reaching out with your question! As long as the adjustable bed has a Headboard bracket that accomplishes this hook up, it should fit. This bed takes our standard King Metal bed frames thus the clearance from the floor to the bottom of the rails is 7.5-Inches Height.
