Exactly as shown in the photo.
This fan is really nice and super quiet...well, except for the BEEP it makes when turning it on and off with the remote. My dog gets a little freaked out, thinking it's a smoke alarm. That said, I love, love this fan and definitely would purchase it again. Really circulates the air, even with only 3 speeds.

I would have ordered a larger blade span if the description was clearer. The colour I wanted was out of stock, so took the darker mahogany.
