Extremely happy!
I put this together for my wife in a very short amount of time! Clear easy to follow instructions. No missing parts, and once it was together it was beautiful! My eife is very happy. We added a granite slab to raise it enough to keep our Great Dane from trolling the surface!

Does the top open to food out
Not mine. It came with a beautiful wooden top. We added a granite slab to the top that extended one of the edges 3 inches.

What are interior dimensions of cupboard area and the drawer? What are dimensions of the side shelves? Can shelves be removed? Is complete assembly required?
The drawer dimension is 13.75”W x 18.75”D x 2.75”H -inch. The cupboard dimension is 21.50”W x 19.75”D x 25.50”H -inch and it also has an adjustable shelf. The side shelves measure 7.5”W x 19”D x 6”H -inch approximately and they are not adjustable. This Kitchen Island requires assembly.

Does it look the same on both sides of the cabinet?
Yes, I love it and get so many compliments on it.

Are the very bottom feet separate pieces? Could they be replaced with rolling casters?
Yes they are and yes you can replace with rolling casters although the feet complete the look. I am a little disappointed in how they are made, I actually had to use my own screws and glue to support the island on a couple of feet, very poorly designed. Everyone compliments the island, it is very nice, I love it, just don't like the screw design on the feet.

Can you put stools in the back and use as a breakfast bar?
The back side does not have any space for sitting and it will be uncomfortable to use this Kitchen Island as breakfast bar. Please contact our Customer Care Department for further assistance with the manufacture recommendations.
