Solid piece of furniture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Merge Personal Storage unit was a nice looking unit. Quality wood.
It is a heavy piece of furniture.
Putting it together it helps to have a good Philips screwdriver!
The parts are well marked and instructions are pretty clear. It was fun for me and not over challenging but allow about an hour to put it together. More or less depending on your skill level…
Drawers slide easily. Recommend it!

Attractive and sturdy material
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed extra file space and a place to put my printer. This Homestyles Merge personal storage unit was a perfect solution. I assembled the unit in about 45 minutes and was impressed with how thick the wood pieces are. The surface color is a rich dark brown and looks expensive. Alert: on my unit the metal rails that came pre-installed on the drawer were installed backwards on the wrong side. I had to switch the two rails and pre drill the screw holes since they no longer aligned with the rail holes. You can tell if you have this problem if the rail manufacturer name stamped into the rail is upside down. Hope this info helps. Assemble was still easy and the Homestyle Merge personal storage unit is strong and attractive. Really soles the four adjustable levelers under the unit to insure a stable install on any floor surface.
