Rated 1 out of 5 by JayGee from Unreliable, inconsistent - Sorry I purchased this The fan is not even 2 years old & it exhibits all kinds of problems. First, it does not change speeds easily, nor consistently, when the chain is pulled. It's anybody's guess what speed you will get. Also, the pull chain always gets stuck. Finally, it should be noted that installtion was extremely tedious. The 2 pull chains were so intricately attached to the fan & were beyond difficult to install. The previous fan I had also was a Hunter & its motor burnt out in under 2 years. The quality of your products clearly is terrible.
