Incredibly Quiet, Well Built and Beautiful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought I'd call a ceiling fan beautiful since I always focused on its function and if it even remotely matched the decor, I was satisfied. This Hunter fan has beautiful blades that are reversible, and the color is perfect and subtly rich looking. The best thing about this fan is how quiet and balanced it is. Even though it's an outdoor fan, we're using it inside. It's also got available add-ons like a light kit and a remote control that will be great. The last ceiling fan we bought was about 20 years ago. I'm hoping this Hunter fan will last at least that long -- and I have a feeling it will, easily. We're thrilled with this fan.

Air movement disappointing
Replaced two 40 year old Hunter fans with two of the Newsome model. The new fans are a big disappointment. They don't come close to moving as much air as the older fans and don't live up to their claim of "The 52-inch blades of the Newsome traditional fan are powered by a three-speed WhisperWind® motor delivering superior air movement and whisper-quiet performance so you get all the cooling power you want without the noise. " They are quiet alright, but don't move air the way they should. I would not recommend.

Fabulous fan choice for a screened in porch
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband installed this Hunter Newsome Outdoor 52 inch ceiling fan in our screened in porch, replacing a 15 yr old fan that had issues. This damp rated fan was very well packaged and quite easy to install with clear instructions. It looks fabulous, is very quiet and functions perfectly with our wired wall switch on all three speeds.

Ceiling fan
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fan was easy to install. I put it on a covered deck. The fan it replaced was a similar type but left in the open air before the cover. It creates a good volume of moving air. It helps keep the mosquitoes away.

Great fan!

Invest in the Best Hunter Fans are Best
A great basic patio fan. We had to replace 2 Original Hunter fans after almost 3 decades of outdoor use. Living in S. FL. takes it's toll (humidity) on everything.These fans are quiet, move the air well, sturdy with no wobble and easy to install with very clear instructions. The price is affordable and there are several colors to choose. Shipping was very fast,even in December.The packaging was secure and compact. We are very pleased with our Hunter Fans, as we have Always .

We love this fan and your customer service!
We love this fan on our back porch. Electrician said it was an easy installation and a "solid, quiet fan! Great customer service as we did not need the remote (because of easy reach to fan chain) and you immediately issued a no questions asked return. We will be back to purchase more fans from you!
