Very Nice Styling
I really like the performance and styling of this fan. I bought one for one house, then bought another for our second home. Only one problem - the light is advertised as having a dimming feature; however, it operates only on or off, no dimming occurs. I have not found this to be a problem in my situation but note that if this feature is important to you, it doesn't work as advertised.

Very nice fan that was easy to install.
Very nice fan that was easy to retrofit in place of a previously installed fan. Excellent direction’s and also that each package of screws or bolts or washers where marked and referenced in the assembly drawings so you knew exactly where they were to be used.

Runs quiet easy installation looks great
We love this fan! Assembly was not too difficult for novice DIYers. There were some areas of instructions we had to go over a few times. All in all went up pretty easy. Runs quiet and looks so modern.
