what does interior dry rated mean?  Do these buckets hold water?

This Galvanized bucket is not suitable to hold water. It can be used in an interior dry Locations. A dry location is an indoor area that is not normally subject to dampness which includes kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, foyers, hallways.
