Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful Bright Light, Difficult Install [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fixture puts out an amazing amount of bright, clean light! We installed in our kitchen, and I can’t believe how much better we can see when we are cooking. The installation was kind of difficult and that was with two people doing it together! You must hold the somewhat heavy and long fixture up to the ceiling over your head and hold it perfectly straight to make marks where you are putting the drywall anchors. All while NOT touching the LED lights. I have no idea how someone would do this alone! I really would have appreciated a paper template to mark the holes instead. Once the fixture was up, getting the plastic cover on was another drama. The instructions are very unclear, and we could not get it to hang correctly until after several tries. Now that it is up, I love it! We bought a dimmer at the home improvement store, but unfortunately it causes the light fixture to buzz. I know dimmers and LED fixtures don’t always mix well so we will just have to try another one. Kichler has an LED dimmer compatibility sheet on the website, but it does not include this model unfortunately.
