It is lightweight and easy to install. It would be great to use in smaller areas like a workshop or garage workshop area where you don't necessarily need a light. I do ferl it is made of very good quality materials. My husband and i put it up and bought a second one to put up with it as our patio is larger but if you have an apartment sized patio or one the size of a bedroom this will work fine. I love the speeds of the fan as well. Overall i would highly recommend this fan!

It Was Super Easy To Install. We Didn't Install On The Patio But Instead In Our Living Room. It Fit Perfect As We Have High Ceilings And Works And Blows So Much More Air Than Our Previous Fan . I Can Tell The Difference Between The Two . We Love The Matte White Finish On The Blades .It's Very Beautiful . You Will Not Be Disappointed With This Fan Although It Did Not Come With A Light We Purchased One That Fits Perfect .

The unit came without a light kit but was easily solved. I was able to purchased one and came ready to install. Just a simple snap to the already available connectors. The smooth design is simple but elegant. The packaging was superb very well protected. The simple step by step instructions are easy to follow. All wiring are labeled for easy understanding to does that are installing themselves without much of electrical knowledge. Safety guidelines and warnings are very clear. So far feels sturdy and I am enjoying the cool breeze.

All of the materials look like they will hold up well to the elements. It is also an attractive fan. The design is very traditional and simple, but it looks very nice. The size of the fan is good for my small covered balcony. The only thing that could be improved is air flow/reach. I only feel the air circulating if I am directly under the fan (it is spinning the right direction). Other than that, i really like this fan.

My husband's one complaint was that the wiring diagram did not reflect the actual wiring in the fan we received. The air flow created by this model was much better than our previous one, but we were also disappointed with the lack of a light with the model. The fan is very good, but the lack of lighting and the small inconvenience of a poor wiring diagram detracted from it's overall value.

It was easy to install and it definitely helps circulate some air and make our porch time more enjoyable! It doesn’t vibrate or rock at all, runs super smooth and quiet, so it’s not a distraction. Even on the low setting, it makes it so much nicer! We are able to spend more time outside enjoying our screened in porch since we got it!

My porch would stay so hot it was almost impossible to sit out here and enjoy the day, but with this fan hangin it helps so, so much. It dropped them temp by at least 15 degrees and I’m able to enjoy my days on my porch !! Works great, very easy to put up and together. Definitely worth the purchase!!!!

This outdoor patio fan was the perfect add to my outdoor living space. It’s easy installation allowed me to put it together before mounting it so I didn’t have to work standing on a ladder working above my head for too long. I cannot seem to get the fan to reverse for some reason but it comes with the capability to do so (probably my doing during installation). I wish the chain was a bit longer but overall this fan is great for my space, easy to install and looks sleek. I was worried about the light of the fan attracting/killing bugs and getting stuck in the light cover but the connection has been snug and it has been a problem. I have a couple ceiling fans in my house and this one is by far the smoothest and admits quite a bit of air which is nice in these Minnesota summers.
