Don't think of it as a simple little pull it out and screw it to the wall job. It requires a good bit of assembly and IS HEAVY! Completely solid, it was actually too much for where we wanted to put it and we had to move it to another room. Keep in mind when you're looking at this to order that 24" is two feet. The fan is massive, and takes up a huge amount of real estate on whatever wall you put it on- it also juts out a good ways. But for that "small" inconvenience of it being way heavy and way big.... you get what you pay for! This fan is powerful. I mean, hurricane powerful. No paper plates or napkins will survive in its wake on high. All in all, we love it. It matched our aesthetic, produces some awesome air, and just overall is of great quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the price! We purchased and installed 2 of the satin natural bronze fans under our deck at our lake house. They are heavy, but easy to install. The fans adjust in all directions and they oscillate if you wish. They are quite and spread the air nicely on all 3 speeds. A far cry from the 3 floor box fans that walked on the concrete and were loud but produced little air flow. We highly recommend these great fans.
