I used one of the yellow toned older looking bulbs in mine and I think it sets the look perfectly. It is a black color and has a very urban farmhouse look to it. It seems to be pretty sturdy and I should get years of use out of it as I have it on my front porch. With all the light bulb choices now you can really customize how you want it to look. I was going for an older look and wanted a dimmer light out there and I was able to achieve both with a smoked lightbulb. I love everything about this fixture and will be replacing the others in my home soon.

With its rustic weathered look it does give the added pop to our outside. It wide shade gives the protection needed to the bulb while allowing it to alluminate so brightly. It was installed by a professional and was fairly easy.

It fits perfectly with my decor which is farmhouse style . I know it also fits with industrial also . It provides the right amount of light . I am very happy with my choice . I would recommend this light to everyone .

This wasn’t the look I was looking for on my farmhouse and will not be going up.
