Yes, this fixture can be hung on a sloped ceiling and the delivered Lumens is 5065lm.

How much wire is on this light and cannot be hung on an angled ceiling

The wire comes with 120 Inch max and it can be adjusted well to compensate the slope ceiling at any height as it can be.
