good light NOT gold
Does not match 40 inch ritner light. We were happy with our 40 inch rinter gold MG light but this 12 inch ritner light looks good but the color is completely off no where near the gold both model numbers ended with the MG...the pics attached are hard to tell but with lights on and in person complete night and day difference

Tasteful look
We got this for the foyer in a 1950s ranch-style home. It was easily installed and looks great. Upkeep is easy because there is no class or shades to remove, so it can be dusted with an extended pole. Lovely finish.

Is the 17" length the minimum height or is it the measurement for the fixture without any chain length?
Our fixture is hanging over a stairway so I can’t put a yardstick on it but in just eyeballing it, I would say the 17” is just for the fixture itself.

I want to hang this in a 10 x 5 hallway. Do you think it will be too large for the space?
It probably wouldn’t be to big but it comes down to personal preference. If it has 8 foot ceiling it might hang to low. This fixture would typically be used in a stairway, entryway/foyer, etc.

Yes! I have 2 pendants mounted side by side on a vaulted ceiling and they are beautiful.

What is the diameter of the base that attaches to the ceiling?
It is hard to say, exactly, because our fixture is high up over a staircase and hanging by a long chain so I can't reach the cap to measure it. The cap on the ceiling appears to be 5-6" but because it is so high up in our case and because when the light is on your eye is drawn to the light and the structure around the light. We really like the look of the fixture.
