Rated 4 out of 5 by from Our fourth Very classy, has an old school look. We have four of this fixture in our home, two are pendants. This one is very nice, unfortunately one of the clamps that holds the globe up was not properly constructed, so the globe is hanging with only 2 fasteners, but it seems secure. The metal looks more like chrome than nickel, which is what we wanted.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Versatile lighting but a little cold perfect size for over the sink, however the glass is very cold white. Dimming means I can get 150 watt to see everything from produce to porcelain or mood lighting for after dinner.

Is the globe on this fixture threaded so that it screws onto the base?  I'm not seeing any screws in the picture.  Thanks!

The glass shade is secured to fixture body with ball nuts.

The overall dimension for this item says 12" wide, but the shade dimension says 7.25" wide. Since the shade is the widest part of this light fixture, this is contradictory. Which of the measurements represents the true widest measurement of the shade?
